WARRANTY

 

This warranty is valid in Singapore only.  Your appliance is under warranty for a period of twelve(12) months from the date of purchase in accordance with the following terms & conditions:

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

01.  Warranty Card should be completed and mail to Duro International Pte Ltd or via e-Warranty within 7 days from the  

        date of purchase. If you submit via e-Warranty, once accepted do not need to mail this warranty card.

 

02. Our obligation shall be limited to the purchaser to repair free of charge, any parts of the said appliance against

       defective materials and manufacturing faults.

 

03. The warranty shall not cover damage resulting from / through ;

       a)  accidents, misuse or any manner of tampering (including the marking label removed)

       b)  if it has been repaired by unauthorized persons

       c)  incorrect installation to wrong electrical supply / voltage or human negligence

       d) corrosion, rusting or normal wear & tear

 

04.  This warranty does not applies in the events from acts of god, fire, or due to civil unrest .

 

05.  All handheld component parts, knobs and accessories do not come with a warranty.

 

06.  The appliance must be purchased from an authorized Advante’s dealer in Singapore.

 

07.  Customer are requested to bring the appliance to & from DURO’s Service Centre whenever service is needed. Any

        defective parts which has been replaced shall become our property.

 

08.  Upon expiry of the warranty period, or in any events where the customer is unable to produce a valid warranty card  

        or proof of purchase, service charges & spare parts cost will be applicable.

 

09.  Customer will be informed on the status (repair or non-repairable) of their appliance(s). After which, the customer

        must collect the appliance(s) from Duro’s Service Centre within 3 months. All appliance(s) not collected within the 

        stipulated period will be disposed off. We are not liable for any loss after disposal.

 

10.  Upon assessment by service technician, those improper or misuse of the appliance(s), warranty will be voided and

        any service rendered will be charged accordingly.

 

11.  Transport charges are not included in the warranty period.

 

12.  When requesting for service, the original purchase receipt and this warranty card should be presented.

 

13.  No alteration of this warranty card will be allowed.

 

14.  This warranty will not be re-issued, even if it’s misplaced.

 

15.  Our decision on all questions relating to complaints as a result of defects, either workmanship or materials shall be

        conclusive and you shall agree to abide by such decision.
